OldroydDirect can place you as an International Student Graduate in a position where you are especially valued not only for your qualifications but also for your native knowledge and understanding of the language and culture of an important export market for Australia.
To facilitate Australian businesses employing someone who is ‘not from here’ in a position integral to their export strategy, OldroydDirect will provide training to candidates employed on a permanent full time basis over a 3 month probation period as part of the employment package. An amount equal to 10% of the annual Remuneration Package will be deducted from the Remuneration Package during the probation period to cover the cost of training.
The training will assist your successful integration into the Australian business workplace. The training not only further develops your English language skills specifically in the areas of business and export, it also helps you make a cultural shift, that is, you will come to see your own culture objectively; fast-tracking you to becoming bi-cultural, a true global citizen and of greatest value to your Australian employer.

Positions are predominantly permanent (there may be some temporary, part-time or fixed term contract assignments). You may be granted time off to complete ongoing studies if required.
The position may require you to assist in all areas of the export business from product R&D to sales and marketing, in the board room and joining an overseas delegation. Your primary degree skills will not be unused but rather applied and channeled into international business development where you can demonstrate all your capabilities.
